  • Flat Rate: We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 for all orders within Pakistan.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders totaling Rs. 5,000 or more.

  • Delivery Time: Most orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered within 3–5 business days depending on your location.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

To make your shopping experience seamless, we offer a variety of secure payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay at your doorstep when you receive your parcel.

  • Card Payment: We accept all major Debit and Credit cards (Visa/Mastercard).

  • Bank Transfer: Securely transfer funds directly to our business bank account.

  • JazzCash: Use your JazzCash mobile wallet for instant and easy checkout.

3. Order Confirmation (Updated)

  • For Bank Transfers and JazzCash payments, please share a screenshot of the transaction receipt via WhatsApp at +92 333 3312014 to ensure your order is processed immediately.

  • Orders placed via Cash on Delivery may require a telephonic confirmation for first-time customers before dispatch.

4. Cancellations & Modifications

  • If you need to change your payment method or shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Once an order is handed over to the courier (dispatched), the payment method cannot be changed.
