Thank you for choosing Khawab Store for your creative needs. We take great care in packaging your art supplies to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan with a simple, transparent flat-rate structure:

  • Standard Shipping: A flat fee of Rs. 200 applies to all orders, regardless of weight or city.

  • Free Shipping: All orders over Rs. 5,000 qualify for Free Delivery.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: * Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2–4 business days.

    • Other Cities: 3–6 business days.

    • Please note: Delivery times may be slightly longer during sale periods or public holidays.

2. Payment & Dispatch

We offer several ways to pay for your order:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Card Payment (Debit/Credit)

  • Bank Transfer

  • JazzCash

Important Note: For Bank Transfer and JazzCash payments, your order will be processed once the payment is verified. Please share your transaction screenshot via WhatsApp at +92 327 5163935 for faster dispatch.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email. You can use this number on our courier partner's website to monitor your shipment's progress.

4. Packaging & Handling

Art supplies can be delicate. We use specialized packaging (bubble wrap, sturdy boxes, and "Fragile" labeling) for items like canvases, glass jars, and fine pens to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

5. Shipping Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been handed over to the courier, we are unable to redirect the shipment.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

  1. Do not accept the delivery if the seal is broken.

  2. Take a photo/video of the damage and contact us immediately at +92 333 3312014

  3. We will investigate with the courier and send a replacement for any verified damaged items at no extra cost to you.
