Return & Refund Policy

At Khawab Store, we want to ensure you have the best tools for your creative journey. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased within the last 7 days.

  • The product is unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature:

  • Opened paints, markers, or pens (unless they are dried out upon arrival).

  • Used sketchbooks or paper packs with missing sheets.

  • Items purchased during a Clearance Sale or as part of a "Mystery Box."

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately.

  • Proof of Damage: We require a photo or a short unboxing video of the damaged item to process your claim quickly.

  • Replacement: If the item is found defective, we will send a replacement at no extra shipping cost to you.

4. Process for Returns

  1. Initiate: Contact our support team via WhatsApp at +92 333 3312014 or email us at khawabstore@gmail.com.

  2. Shipment: Once approved, you will be required to send the item back to our warehouse. Note: Unless the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  3. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or a bank transfer within 5–7 business days.

  • Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Store Credit: You may also opt for store credit in the form of a voucher code, which is processed instantly.

6. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as the status is "Pending" or "Processing." Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard Return Policy.
